AGBs von Cirque Artikuss
With the end of verbal and written contracts following AGBs are agreed to.
1. Written and verbal appearance declarations are completely obligatory. If the appearance is dropped through refusal of the organizer or for a reason other, caused by the organizer, the organizer pays a contractual penalty to the artist at the level of the net fee. If the appearance is dropped on account of the artist, this is obliged to the compensation at the level of the net fee.
2. TV, radio and studio datesof the artist free the business partners from this contract provided that this is announced to the customer in time before the event. In einem solchen Fall verpflichtet sich der Künstler zu einer Ersatzveranstaltung entsprechend diesem Vertrag, wobei der Ersatztermin nur in beiderseitigem Einvernehmen fixiert werden kann .
3. In the case of the illness of one of the artists this of his contract obligations is released. The artist commits himself to proving his illness through a medical certificate. A substitute dateis achieved only in mutual understanding.
4. The organizer commits himself to preserving remaining silent opposite third party concerning the entire declaration.
5. Neither the artist is not defeated in the programming, still in his performance, the instructions of the organizer.
6. The customer commits himself to setting the artist a suitable artist wardrobe availably. Consumption is set to the artist in adequate frame availably.
7. Changes and complements of written contracts need the writing. Verbal secondary agreements were not found.
8. The organizer is liable for all person and thing damages during the duration of the event. Damages which are caused through the artist are to be indicated this within three days. After period of time course no damages anymore can be acknowledged.
9. The performance rights and charges (GEMA, KSK, etc.) must be paid by the organizer.
10. Berlin is venue.
